User Acquisition Manager
Optimize campaigns yield through A/B testing, ROI analysis, and various media strategies testing
Work closely with the creative team to find creative hacks and improvements to drive breakthroughs in campaigns’ performance

Collaborate with team to help shape the next generation of our platform and algorithm
2 year of experience managing large scale
Analytical and quantitative skills, high-level proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets (advanced functions, pivots, etc.)
Great interpersonal and communication skills - able to communicate complex information to clients and internal interfaces
Fluent English is required
Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure, and work on own initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Mobile App/Gaming ecosystem – a strong advantage
BS/BA from a top school (Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics background preferred) – an advantage
Sales Manager EMEA
Identify strategic business opportunities to generate revenue
maintain and expand the company customer base through various routes
experience of 3 years in international sales, within various markets in EMEA
Track record in building and managing distribution channels in constantly improving the sales performance.
Technical background - an advantage
English – Fluently (verbal and written) / Hebrew – advantage
B.sc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Similar degree- a must
MBA – a big advantage.
Business Development Manager
Developing a long term sales plan focusing on acquiring top mobile/web
Reaching out to new and emerging markets and discovering business opportunities
Take part in core decisions and actions that shape the company vision and strategy
1 year of relevant Business experience with proven results.
Experience as a Business Development/sales in the Online Advertising field.
Experience in handling long-term relations and establishing new partnerships.
Experience in creating a partnership base from scratch and enlarging it over time
Strong time management skills and a “get things done” approach
Fluent or native English - a must. Hebrew – advantage.
